This is what you’ll get for the 6-week challenge:

6-week meal plan

You will receive an easy-to-make meal plan for 6 weeks, including a grocery list with my favorite budget friendly products. The meal plan is healthy, tasty & super easy to prepare! Your family will love it as well. 

1-on-1 coaching session

During the first weigh-in, you will get a private coaching session with me of 15 minutes. I will help you to set a clear & achievable goal, and I will answer all questions.

3 weigh-in moments

To keep you motivated and to track your progress, I will invite you for 3 weigh-in sessions to measure your weight and waist circumference. The weigh-ins will be scheduled during week 1, week 3 and week 6 of the challenge.

Weekly motivation

I will share tools, tips & tricks how to stay motivated and keep laser focus during the challenge. 

Private community

 You’ll also get access to a private Facebook community where we can connect, inspire and support each other. All information about the challenge, including the meal plans, will be shared here.
