
Forest fruit shake
Today I share with you my most popular protein shake! It’s super easy to make, nutritious, delicious, and perfect to drink when you are on the go. Try it out, I know you are going to love it! And for those of you who think protein shakes don’t fill you up, haven’t tried my shakes yet.
Ingredients:
- 250ml unsweetened coconut/almond drink
- 1 banana (100g)
- 150g frozen forest fruit
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp 100% peanut butter
- 1 tbsp oats
How to make it:
- Put everything in a blender and mix it for 1 minute. I use the Nutribullet. It’s an investment, but it was a life changer for me!
- Poor the shake in a glass or to-go cup and your done.
- Tip: sprinkle some grated coconut or coconut chips on top of it.
