Thank you so much for this amazing challenge, it was exactly what I needed! I feel so much better after 4 weeks. I have much more energy, my clothes fit me better (-6 kg, – 8 cm waist), I have fun cooking and I enjoy eating again. My hormones stabilized and I hardly have any hot flashes anymore.
